Unfortunately, I can not discuss the specifics at this time - I did learn of an effort to provide a reliable VoIP Client for the Droid that works with 3CX. However - this could be one of several since this will be a very popular platform. Also - I just installed Skype for the Droid - interesting to note that Verizon only allows the Skype Out calls to be completed via the 3G network, and not Wifi...

Mike - Just to confirm I found that I could record the called parties voice but not my own which sounds like the same problem you have re-produced.

Great to see 3CX have responded so quickly in resolving the issue. I am running build 4.0.9530.0 which has the problem, do you know if the fixed version of the 3CX client be a point release? How will they announce the new version

Many thanks - Paul

This issue was reported to 3CX and it has been fixed. A new 3CXPhone client will be released in the next week or so, as it is currently in testing. I am using it, and so far the issue is completely resolved.

Ok, had to submit that one to 3CX. They will look into it. Workaround for now is to record to server, as it appears the problem is isolated to record to local drive. Recordings are saved on the server in the following location: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\3CX\Data\Recordings\[EXT] - Assuming your 3CX installation is on Drive C.

Paul - I can reproduce this. Let me get with the techs and see if we need to report something to 3CX.

I am actually seeing the opposite however, I am getting the called parties voice, but not mine. Can you please verify?

Although this is an old blog the content really matters. I was searching for the article regarding mail server and finally landed here. This blog was much more informative regarding the opt for 3cx.

I had it configured in V3. I have not tried recently, but I know many things have changed with VoIP service providers in V7. I will test when I get a chance and let you know. It would be an an unsupported provider at this point.
